Tri-Force has accomplished website update and maintenance of the Philadelphia Prison System (PPS), www.phila.gov/prisons. Our tasks included updating and redesigning the Prison’s website and to provide ongoing maintenance as requested.

Tri-Force has accomplished website redesign, update, content development and re-development, and maintenance support. Services for the Philadelphia Prison System (PPS), www.phila.gov/prisons. Our tasks included updating and redesigning the Prison’s website and to provide ongoing maintenance as requested.

Highlights

Migration to COLLAGE (Content Management System): Tri-Force moved the current Prison’s website to COLLAGE, the City of Philadelphia’s Content Management System. Tri-Force also worked with the Division of Technology to ensure that the Prisons website is fully compliant with security regulations. Tri-Force moved the site to COLLAGE, whereupon authorized users are able to quickly and easily manage the content on the website.

Design Update: Tri-Force updated the current PPS website design in order to meet the latest guidelines in web development standards, such as the shift from 800×600 to 1024×768 resolutions.

Inmate Locator:Tri-Force Developed an Inmate Locator functionality for the Prison system, where people can find an Inmate with different criteria like Last Name, First Name, DOC etc. using ASP.NET web service and ORACLE RDB.

Content Update: All the tasks concerned with content updates related to the Prison’s IT staff were performed by Tri-Force.

Maintenance: As part of a joint effort between the Prisons and Tri-force’s staff, Tri-Force accomplished tasks to regularly update the website with current content (inclusive of text, photos and documents).
